How do I personalize a product?
On the product page, pick your options (type, size, color), then fill the Personalization box: names, photo upload or character choices. Use "Preview Your Personalization" to check it before adding to cart.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Email hello@dangtapdibay.store with your order number and the new details.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo with the face fully visible, at least 1000 px wide. JPG or PNG, up to 20 MB. We crop and retouch it for free.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — buy 2 items and save 5%, buy 3 and save 10%, buy 4 or more and save 15%. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
Shipping
How long does production take?
2–5 business days for most items; hand-painted resin figures (pump dispensers, paper towel stands) take 5–7 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Vietnam: 2–4 days. United States, Canada, Australia, Europe: 7–20 business days with tracking. Rest of the world: 10–30 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Returns
Can I return a personalized item?
Because every item is made for you, we cannot resell it — so we only accept returns for damaged, defective or misprinted products. Send photos within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo of the item and the packaging to hello@dangtapdibay.store within 30 days. We ship a replacement at no cost — no need to send the damaged item back.
