We replace or refund in full when
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The print is different from your approved preview
- You received the wrong item or size
How to claim
- Email hello@dangtapdibay.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- Attach photos of the item and the packaging.
- We confirm within 1 business day and ship a replacement (or refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days).
You do not need to send the item back.
