1. Products
All products are made to order according to the personalization you provide. Colors may vary slightly from the screen preview.
2. Your content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photo, name or text you upload, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful content. We may refuse orders containing hateful, explicit or infringing content and will refund them.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND) including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
4. Order changes & cancellation
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.
